I had a wonderful experience during my Christmas stay at this hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices, and the free cake buffet in the afternoon was a delightful treat. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice balcony offering a beautiful view of the valley. the staff at the restaurant were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
I found the water in the indoor pool to be too cold for my liking, which made it less enjoyable for swimming. the hairdryer in the room was quite weak, making it pretty useless for drying my hair effectively.

The buffet breakfast was simply excellent, with an endless choice of delicious options. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste. the view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the valley. the hotel location was perfect for exploring the surroundings and going on hikes.
The decor of the hotel felt outdated and lacked charm. Some of the reception staff seemed unresponsive to our inquiries.
